Roselien Tobbackx is a promising young artist who combines influences drawn from jazz, soul, rnb and electronic music.

Roselien’s music got support from Meshell Ndegeocello, Reggie Watts and Lefto so far. Her latest release ‘Loving’ got premiered by Erica McKoy on Worldwide Fm and remixed by Kaidi Tatham. Roselien has performed in multiple renown venues in London such as The Jazz Cafe, Rich Mix, The Lexington and LayLow. She has opened for artists such as Gregory Porter, Meshell Ndegeocello, The Jones Girls and Gabriel Garzon Montano. She also hosts a monthly radioshow called “La Vie en Rose” on Totally Wired Radio, Acid Jazz’ radiostation in East-London.

Not Your Regular Indie

From a hate for cliché song lyrics and recycled tunes, a lot of songs have already sprouted from the pen of frontwoman Joanne. Over the years, Isadore has grown into a band with a reputation in and around Leuven. Started as an acoustic duo, the then four-piece line-up released an EP independently in 2017. With a change of line-up in 2018 and transformation into a five-piece band, the group continues to consciously challenge itself and grow. Gripping vocals, funky guitar riffs and bluesy licks with creative bass line: honesty, emotion and individuality - that's what it's all about. --------------------------------------- "Penetrating, heavenly vocals."
